Furniture and Large/Heavy Items
For smaller furniture items such as chairs, side tables, and decor, we use USPS and UPS Ground shipping. This shipping method typically takes 3-7 business days for delivery, depending on your location.
For larger furniture items such as sofas, beds, and dining tables, we use FedEx Freight or UPS Freight shipping. These companies specialize in shipping large and heavy items and have the expertise and equipment needed to handle our furniture products with care. Shipping times for these items vary based on your location and the size of the item, but typically range from 5-10 business days for delivery.
Please note that for furniture items shipped via freight carriers, the shipping company will contact you to schedule a delivery date and time that works best for you. This will ensure that you are available to receive your furniture and inspect it for any damage or defects upon delivery.
We take great care in packaging and preparing our furniture products for shipping to minimize the risk of damage during transit. However, if your item does arrive damaged or defective, please contact us immediately so we can make arrangements for a replacement or refund.
Order Tracking Information
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track your package and get an estimated delivery date.
